Personal Story:
I found this in Ebay along with the same seller who had the movie Wolverine Kubrick so I snatched it up for a good price. I got it before it was known to the masses. :)

Introduction:
This is a Kubrick figure based on Daredevil from the live-action movie of the same name. It depicts Daredevil looking tough. This was only available to people who preordered the Daredevil DVD in Japan. There was also a promo version but it's the same as this version.

Sculpt:
It's okay. The head is rounded on the top and includes his horns. It's one piece though so you won't be able to remove his mask. The rest of the body is pretty standard. The little billy club accessory with the belt is a bit disappointing. It's nothing but one piece of plastic and isn't removable at all. It would've been nice if they had made his billy club separate so he can use it. It's an okay sculpt overall.

Paint:
The colors are okay. I think the red is brighter than the movie costume. (Note: The photos and the lighting on this page actually make his costume look brighter than it really is so I apologize for that.) He looks more like the comic book version. I also think the pigment for his face is way too yellow. It doesn't look anywhere as good as the Wolverine Kubrick's skin tone. The small cleft on his chin is the only way you'll think of Ben Affleck, who played Daredevil. The lines along the body are pretty clean but I thought the double D logo could've been improved. Some people might not like the added muscle lines on his torso either. It makes him look a little silly since Medicom rarely does this with other characters who are muscular. The back has the Daredevil movie title in Japanese.

One minor issue I had was the paint on his face and neck were coming off. It's cracked too. I was very disappointed by this. I'm not sure if it's a fluke or if its happened anywhere else.

Overall: B-
The design is okay and the paint was disappointing. I'm disappointed with this Kubrick simply because I've seen better. Medicom did a much better job with other movie licenses like the movie versions of Wolverine and the Terminator 3 box sets. If you're a fan of Daredevil, it might be worth looking into.

Where can I find this?
He's a bit easier to find than the promo version so check Ebay or any import sites and you should be able to snag him. He's probably a little tougher to find now.
