Personal Story:
Someone in KubrickWorld told me about the DVD set that included it and I was excited. I preordered from the seller in Japan on Ebay and waited a few months. I paid way too much for the DVD set but at least I got it cheaper than some other sites that had it. It was a truly expensive investment. Ah well. I already got the promo version so I might as well get this version. ;)

Introduction:
This is a Be@rbrick figure based on the Bride from the live-action movie, Kill Bill. It depicts the Bride in her motorcycle jumpsuit with splattered blood. This was only available with the Kill Bill Volume 1 DVD premium boxed set in Japan. Limited to 30,000 sets worldwide.

Sculpt:
Nothing outstanding. It's basically the standard Be@rbrick head and body. All the details are with the paint job. Once again, just like the promo version, she doesn't come with her Hattori Hanzo sword. I thought it would be included with this version at least. What gives?

Paint:
Unlike the promo version, there are three colors here. The yellow is exactly the same as the suit in the movie and the black is glossy for the head while it's matte for the body. The stripes are very clean and clear. The red blood splatter rocks. It's very nicely made and realistic. They even included a small bit on the left arm. Very cool. The back has the Kill Bill logo and the cross with the red slash. Neat.

Overall: A-
A cooler version over the clean promo version. The blood splatter was nicely done. I'm sure fans of Kill Bill will want this a lot. A must-have. I'm still disappointed with the lack of inclusion with her sword. I would love to see Kubrick versions of Kill Bill real soon!

Where can I find this?
It's easier to find than the promo version (as of this review). You can still find the DVD set with her in Ebay or in many import stores.

Other Images:

The box. Very slick design. The blood slash is very cool and nicely rendered. One of my favorite box designs from Medicom.

The back.
